Okay, Internet Explorer is being really really ugly...
Whenever you're supposed to Download new ActiveX stuff, the Gold Bar is supposed to pop up saying "To dl activeX click" or some crap liek that, but it won't pop up. So i CAN'T download the Active X stuff... I DON'T KNOW what's wrong...
P.S. This is Internet Explorer 7, and plz dont ask me to downgrade...

Try upgrading to Firefox.

Why? ActiveX is useless. Infact, IE7 doesn't support it.

I'm pretty sure IE7 still uses ActiveX.
But I'm clueless of the solution to his problem.

Then, what's the alternative to ActiveX? Like, some sites wont' even let me log in w/o installing their activex stuff...
