as of right now, I'm thinking Mike Tyson, because doesn't Ali have one of those diseases like alzheimers or parkinson's or something like that?

I don't know who either is, but I say that Cloak(U) would win by triggering in his special attacks to have cheap and rigged effects like having Ali and Tyson turn off vision with themselves, constantly apply properties 100% HP for Cloak(U) and stuff...
