The player you want brings atleast 1 scarab to anywhere
Move all scarab at anywhere to location 1.
Location 1 has to be surrounded by by unpassable terrain. The scarabs can be ordered where you want, or if you don't order them anywhere, they will go mad.
This at least worked for me.
