A lot of people make double accounts instead of using Change Name because that's what they're used to. Did you PM him already?

How will double account punishments be determined? Are you going to punish all double accounts, or just those that have preformed malicious actions?
For example, scwizard and Doodle77(MM) are brothers, so they use the same computer. They have the same IP address, but that's not a double account. Upon finding a double account, how will you determine between these cases?

I believe I have a double account from the last time we were hacked and no one felt like unsuspending me for 2 weeks. I used it to prod IP about unsuspending my account, and after that resetting my password because the one I changed it to was too long and caused errors when I tried to view SeN.
.....Come to think of it, I think I had to use a proxy to access SeN because my accoutn being logged in gave me a database error.
Also, my brother is thinking about registering, so if you see a MattMan236 on the same IP as me, NO BAN KTHXBAI!
My IP changes twice daily now, anyways. Ask Pie.

I agree with the course of actions taken on a 100%. Such inmediate action on a large problem, especially on a Staff member, has a very good side effect. This is a big warning to everyone telling them that no one is left aside from rule breaking, you break it, you buy it, in this case it was IP banning.
Looking at the times the accounts were created, I would track the IP Addresses of all new accounts, same address creating an account every 30 seconds or so can only mean one thing.
On the brothers scenario. If you have a relatively low number of accounts, both which are active and such, just ask both accounts separately about the situation.
