Staredit Network -> Miscellaneous -> Fragments in my computer

Well, I have started defragmenting my computer (again) in a little deeper way than I am used to, and I've found several files that simply won't be defragmented, some of them I have found how to get rid of, but there is some that I simply have no clue how to get rid of.
Those are two files that I can't find which are called
  • $logfile
  • $bitmap
And there's files that belong to World of Warcraft, but are also scattered all around my hard-drive and I can't find any solution to make them "right placed", those are
  • texture.mpq
  • sound.mpq
  • wmo.mpq
  • terrain.mpq
  • patch.mpq
  • model.mpq

Don't tell me to use a different defragmentation program because I have, and I have found the best freeware/evaluation program one apparently (I think), it's called O&O Defrag V8.5 Professional Edition.

Please help me find a solution to manually defrag or delete (I don't know if I should delete them or not) these files or to find a way to automatically do this.

Either make them unfragmented or delete them, and I can quote myself; "I don't know if I should delete them or not".
