I've been looking at this one, and I want to use it. It says it alters startup files. If I install it, will it affect other users on my computer, or just me?

Don't install it. It's completely impossible to uninstall and/or change the toolbar afterwards.

WindowBlinds 5 would only affect your user name. They can load it themselves, though, if they want.

I recommend not using start-up changes for xp. I once swapped the microsoft logo with the blue bar loadup with a PS2 one and it messed up my xp.
