I want to give one of the units in my map a finishing move that instantly kills its target using a drop ship spell casting system once it reaches 10% hp. Is there a way to do this?

The ever present dilemma of map makers. You can't. Best you can do is use a Virtual HP system in order to emulate it.

the only surefire method is with EUD HP detection.  the only problem with this is you need to know the unit ID number(i think thats the right value), which is essentially what place that unit is in the line(1700spots, #1 is first in line, #1700 is last).  because of this, its only practical for a very small amount of units.

and thats only the HP portion of this problem....
