Maybe im just retarded, but this thing isnt working for me, its not even starting up. I downloaded, and extracted, and now what? the readme is of no help.

I never got it to work, either. Just use PM3.

Mine works just fine, but it took something of a roundabout of trial and error before I got it to work.
For some reason you can't open images not located in the SCPM program folder with SCPM4, but a quick copy-paste can solve the location issue. If it's not even starting up, download SCPM 3, keep the cache file, reinstall 4, copy the 3 cache into the 4 program file (replace the scpm4 files with the scpm3 files when asked), and you should be in working order with an updated interface

if you get a error message, just ignore it, dont click close, just put on the side, make w/e and after you close the program click close on the error msg
