It sounds like a very bad idea but you're welcome to discuss it.

Personally, I think it will just encourage flame in a general sense.

What will be discussed in that forum? Nothing constructive can be done there because everyone will use it as a discharge, because they know they can flame there.

And I agree with CaptainWill - it will only get things boiling in other forums.

I think the answer is a big NO.

And I don't think discussion will change the staff's mind. There was a push for a spam-only forum several months ago, but they didn't get their way.

A flame forum is 100 times less likely than a spam forum, and the former was denied.

There is no point.
