this topic, Azu posted a sublte flame about him. I warned him for it and now his warn level is at 100%, but I have not suspended him. I just have 2 questions.
-Should I have suspended him?

Nope, I should be handling the suspensions. Warn logs serve the functions of the "Vault".
Aww.. too bad DLDBers don't get to view invisible posts. Oh, and great, it was DTBK that took away our shoutbox moderation powers. I don't really think that was necessary.
For future reference, if some one reaches 100, we should tell you moose?
You really should use the vault Moose. IP bans don't generate logs, and it's faster to see if people get suspended by seeing a grouped forum of it.

Well, let me put it this way:
If you don't feel like telling Moose, suspend them, lower warn comparably, make a topic in the vault, and nobody will likely care.
I always thought a 3 day suspension when getting to 100% was a decent gift.
