Um... I'm confused on adding buttons and which editor I should use.

Stargraft. You'll need to use Memgraft to update the patch, but Stargraft has a better UI and has that little feature known as "Save."

I advise that you check the stickied tutorial. The section on memgraft modding is quite good, IIRC.

Also, FireGraft beta is coming soon, so you'll be able to make it into a 1.14 patch.
