Everyone knows that mIRC was the best chat client for years. Nothing, not any of the clients I just listed, toped it. But then Trillian came out. It works just like and adapts all the features of all the clients I just listed, into one. And using Trillian, you can connect to all of them. This is how I can connect to AIM, MSN, YIM, and ICQ with one program (using one sweet skin too might I add).

MSN6 pwn trillian.

Trillian is good IF you use different things, but I only use MSN and ICQ (the place where all my ennemies resides). So it's useless.

I use trillian for everything but MSN. I use MSN6 for my webcam

ive been using trillian for a long time pretty much... its good if you have more than one messenger so instead of setting an away msg for each and every messenger you can just click 'set away' or w/e it makes everything a #### of a lot easier.

I'm only using msn 6.0 but by the sounds of it.. that trillian must be all right..

I had trillian pro, and it pretty much sucked. no multi user support, it was glitchy, and it took up alot of ram. i have msn6 and aol messenger, and they are both awsome.

You payed for Trillian Pro before using Trillian, Andy? Pretty dumb.

And trillian takes up less Ram than any other messenger, and it DOES have Multiuser support. #### you can even log onto several AIM names AT ONCE!

I didn't mean multi-user support that way, it shares contact lists with anyone who logs on.

There are two forms of multi-user support. Logging on with individual accounts and individual contact lists. And this one with trillian, logging on to multiple accounts as one account and sharing contact lists.

You're basically stealing the software. These people work hard to get you a good product and you repay them by stealing it. Thats very dumb.

Yeah sure. And I bet you don't ever use Kazaa, don't you Chu? It's pure copyrights stealing and you wouldn't ever support it or become a friend of someone that would support it. Am I right?

Hey hey, we all have our own values. None of are perfect and we've all done something bad in our lifetimes.

In a way, Hacking and downloading benifits society by forcing companies to expand technologies to prevent this kind of occurance. I can't say the same about our economy, but the fact remains.

No, I don't use Kazaa. I'm not that dumb. And I do have friends who use it. It doesn't bother me ... yet.

But this aggrevates me, seeing people use programs like this to get tons of stuff for free that they never earned. Especially since one day I will be programming games, or software myself and thousands of people worldwide will be stealing it and cutting the size of my paycheck.

You like those mp3's you listen to? You like those programs you downloaded when you should have payed for them? THEN PAY FOR THEM!

The people who made them don't have OTHER jobs, their only job was to make that program, or record that music. How would you like it if I started taking out 10% of all of your paychecks? Sure, you wouldn't notice it at first. But in months I will have 3 or 4 paychecks worth of money that I didn't even earn. Would you care if I started doing that? Of course! You have bills to pay, you need to pay for food, gas money, all those things just like every other human being.

If after reading that, you continue to download illegally off Kazaa, or use pirated software, etc. Then you deserve the title "one of the dumbest people on earth".

Well then, I deserve that title. Why? Cuz I don't care. Theres "very dump people" all over the earth, and you gotta live with them.

Also realize earth is composed of 99% stupid people.

Pirating kicks ###, the RIAA was shut down. Now that peer to peer file sharing has started, it is not going to be stopped. I have 417 tracks on kazza-lite. Mostly all rap, and I also own 21 rap cds. Thats close enough of a match for me. I don't think I would shell out money for Photoshop or even WC3, which I have burned and patched to play on b.net.(thanks you wal-mart for the cd-key). Yeah, im the biggest dumbass of them all. Quote me on that!

I use kazaa to dl music, but i pay for most of my music anyway.

My starcraft game is burned, and so is my Aliens vs Predator 2 game, my photoshop, my extreme winter sports, and 4 other small games. Its to easy to pirate stuff.
