Portal Gun that will be in Portal. If you want a released game look for Narbacular Drop(Valve hired the creators and they are now making portal).....same type of "weapon" in there.

The gravity warp grenades in HL2 Episode 1 looks pretty cool. It was a weapon left in the game, but never implemented. You can access it through the console. Look for the videos on youtube.

I must say the portal gun is pretty cool (not really a weapon but it acts in a similar way). But at the same time, stellar converters, the Halo weapon, plasma grenades, warp blades, assault shuttles, psionic shockwaves and gyro destabilizers are high up on the list too. I think this is really too hard of a call to make.
