Ill give you a summary, but it isnt done yet. Basically you rank up by amount of maps you make and chef Points.

Here is what we thought of before.
You can get chef points from these
-Making Maps - Graded out of 50 Points = Amount of points you get
-Submitted Useful Tutorials - Something new you found out or something that dont exist.
-Helping other people with maps - Make sure you give me a screen shot proof
-Recruiting People - Everyone can invite people to clan
-Helping Clan
-Map Popularity - If map is really popular, you get bonus points
-Map making with a partner or more

Rank Up
Bronze to Silver - 250 Chef Points w/ atleast 4 maps
Silver to Gold - 750 Chef Points w/ atleast 12 maps
Gold to Royale - High Popularity and Atleast 15 Maps with Over 1337 Chef Points

These Rank Ups only count to new recruits.
Everyone will start with 0 Chef Points except Bonelesskid and Me.

Thats pretty intense but I'll go along with it.

I think that the number of maps should not be used. I think we should use 1-5star system for map ranking instead of lame points... Points are so bad.

It should be more like this system as follows:

••• Plastic Chef : Base Character
••• Bronze : Requires 10 Stars
••• Silver : Requires 20 Stars
••• Gold : Requires 30 Stars
••• Royal : Requires 40 Stars
••• Co-Leader : Requires 60 Stars & Full Royal Support
••• Leader : Requires 80 Stars & Full Co-Leader Support
••• Founder : Unobtainable

Stars should be gained in the following ways:

••• Maps : 1-5 Stars
••• Submitting Tutorial : 1-3 Stars
••• Assisting Map Creation : 1-3 Stars
••• Recruiting People : 1 Star
••• Helping Clan : 1-10 Stars
••• Map Popularity : 1-5 Stars
••• Multi-Map Maker Project : 1-10 Stars

So what do you guys think? yawn.gif They are just some ideas for Silent n' co. to ponder.

Thats not really a bad idea tongue.gif.
Thanks wooden, but we have to modify some things a bit to make it possible for rank ups. And maybe replace Stars with Spatulas? tongue.gif

well i like that plus I think maybe we should have a bot that is for the lower ranks that tells the rules and also has a few fun games. So maybe think about that smile.gif

Stars to Spatulas sounds like a flavorful idea indeed.

I like wooden's idea.
But I don't think that anyone can get leader/co-leader status except those who are already there. My opinion yawn.gif

Well... The only thing I really don't like is the fact that silver/bronze/gold don't really have anything to do with chefs.

Actual chef levels are as follows:

Assistant
Cook
Chef De Partie
Expeditor
Sous Chef
Chef De Cuisine
Executive Chef

Rantent.. nice, lol.

Yay for you guys getting a new forum and all. The (U) way is of course not to have a point system, but I can still most definitely wish you guys good luck in coming up with one smile.gif

Uhh, so being a good person(not fighting with people) and going on Starcraft frequently doesn't help you get promoted..?

WHERE ARE THE INTANGIBLES!!!

You know I can agree with that for a few reasons cause for points it would take a few days for a co or leader to give you the total. Also Cant we just have like three people that hole a certain postion lets say gm aka master chefs let them decide when you are good enough for you to go up in ranks.

were workin on it, echo will decide soon enough

And WoodenFire can hand out an unlimited number of stars per day.

no but, Rantent, those Chef names are actually very bad...
