So, I'm essentially changing the word game into a game with points.
Like before, there are the following rules:
You can change a word by (a) changing a letter, (b) subtracting a letter, or (c) adding a letter.
Each time you change a word, you earn a total of ten points plus or minus the difference in Scrabble Letter Points.
For example, if I changed pain to pains, I would earn 10 points, plus 1 point difference in the values of the letters. If the value difference is negative (i.e. if I changed pain to gain, I would earn 10 points plus -1, the difference, for a total of only 9 points).
Words may be repeated, but clearly if they alternate back and forth one person is winning.
New! - Your scale score is you average score per change plus a quarter point for every change you've made.
The starting word is: word
To use examples from posts:
word -> wordy, 10 plus 4 increase: 14 points.
wordy -> worry, 10 plus 1 decrease: 9 points.
worry -> wormy, 10 plus 2 increase: 12 points.
wormy -> wordy, 10 plus 1 decrease: 9 points.
wordy -> woody, 10 plus 0 increase: 10 points.
woody -> woozy, 10 plus 8 increase: 18 points.

No, I mean I get 10 points for that word and my total score (for all the words I've posted since the beginning of the game) is 20 (I posted one other word which also gave me 10).
