I was just in the site store with 2,096 minerals. I wanted to buy a Shadow Name effect for 2,000 minerals. I clicked on it, and it took me to this white page that had a long URL with a bunch of other stuff and at the end it talked about a Fatal Error and some other stuff.
I clicked 'back' and tried to buy it again, then the site so kindly informed me that I don't seem to have enough to buy this item...
Now I only have 96 minerals and it didn't give me the name effect.
I would like my minerals replaced, please. And you should probably get working on whatever that was.

New problem. The shadow worked for a few days, now it's gone. I don't have any clue why.

you use firefox now, correct?
it is specifically stated in the store that name effects do not work in firefox, which is also why i havent bothered buying any of it.
so your name shadow is still there, its just that you cant see it with firefox.
