I want to find a WinXP theme that doesn't suck. It must follow these requirements:
Musn't be permanent
Musn't force me to use it until I uninstall it
Must not be forced onto the other user's themes
Must not try to install other software
Must be legal
Anyone got anything good?

Hmm, the only theme I've tried out besides the ones that come with regular XP is the Media Center Edition theme, which is called either "Energy Blue" or "Royale" depending on where you get it from. There is at least one version of it that was not copied from a Windows installation; it was in an update to Tablet PC edition of XP. Search for energy blue to find that one, I think.

Try the black Zune theme.

When I tried to enable it, it gave me the Window's classic theme. :/
