Why is it that so many times I have seen "I haven't read the thread yet, but this should work"? Is it really too much trouble to read 10 or 12 replies to realize what has already been suggested, or that your solution is what the person originally used but it caused them problems.

Well, I also find people posting "YEA IM GONNA DO A SEXY MAP" in the mapping/show case forum, but in the end, they lay off and it never gets finished which results in 10 or so threads that clutter the forum...
