The following section has been added to the Clan Policy:

Clan Forum Audits
Clan Forums will be periodically audited by an upper Staff member to ensure that they continue to meet the requirements of clan affiliation and hopefully to catch problems before they become extremely serious. Clan audits are random and may occur with little obvious reason. The auditor must find that a Clan Forum has all of the following in order for the Clan Forum to continue to exist:

An active member list accurate to within 14 days of the audit including, but not limited to all active members with SEN accounts, their SEN user names, and a link to their profile. Clan members without listed SEN usernames are not recognized by Staredit Network as clan members when counting to membership and activity quotas.
Five members active (logged in) in the 30 days before the audit, two of which are of Regular status or better.
At least one map or modification published under the clan banner in the 30 days before the audit, OR at least one map or modification deemed by the auditor to be major and substantial published under the clan banner in the 90 days before the audit.
At least 3 posts in the Clan Forum in the 7 days before the audit.
Clear demonstration of a lack of misbehavior in the clan forum.
Clear demonstration of the relative unity of the clan.

Clans granted forums on or before December 18, 2006 are granted a grace period until January 1, 2007 in order to meet the audit requirements.

Most of this is just continuing to meet the entry requirements for clan forums, but some of the formatting issues will now be required to make it easier to check for things like member activity.

(U) has and will be making maps all the time. It's just that they don't post in forum as much.

Then you know nothing. Do you enter clan (U) home channel? I guess not, otherwise you would know we do finish maps rarely talk about em. Gosh, Plus look at dragon contest, urmom(U) released a map there came second so that still counted. Look around before you say stuff about (U) grrr!

Another thing i believe Three of (U) Members are mods, So blek~

I'm sure clan (U) would do fine. You guys made Legions lately which counts as a recent map. Also all you guys need to do is post more in 7 days. (U) also meets the rest of the requirements

Lol, yes well devilesk is devilesk thinks almost alot people are noob so meh. Kenoli i never heard him call someone noob before =/ or really insult someone he just ignores people sometimes about it.

On a side note, I can and will destroy any clans I see as not in SEN's best interest without following this "audit" policy. (including the grace period)

These rules are way to strict.. Why does everything have to be serious. Since Stardcraft isn't at it's peak anymore and decrease at a intense rate, these requriments are next to impossible. We have been loyal to sens terms and have already made tons of maps. No need for any of the clans to be kicked because of these rules. This isn't rl stuff.. i don't think this is right.. but your the admin.. These rules will ensure the loss of all the clan forums, it is just a matter of time. Though (U) does produce and we have the occasional.. newly chef and mp will be auto deleted. Than oo and (U). I don't see the point.

Member list? Book-keeping isn't that hard. If making maps is sooo difficult, you shouldn't have anything better to do.

Active members? What's a clan without members?

Maps? How do you call yourself a mapping clan if you can't even make a map a month?

Posts? Come on, if you have a clan forum you should use it.

The last two are pretty simple.

Agreed. This is mainly towards Mp because they want to find a way to get rid of us..well we wont make it becuase only 3-4 of our members are on SEN. We're fine with channel activeness on west so if ur gonna check on Mp, do so on West.

Even at the MINIMUM number of members (5), all this requires is for each member to make one map every five months. If you do collaborative maps, then the audit requirement is reduced to one map every 3 months.

My apologies that I am forcing you to actually make maps, as opposed to have political scandals and ponder the best way to have clan bureaucracies or whatever it is you think clans should do. SEN is a mapping/modding website, and if a clan doesn't want to make maps/mods, we don't need to host them.
