I am quite confused about gimp. When i dled it, i went to dl a render and a picture render. Now i tried to load it but idk what i do to rezize it and make it blend and things. Is there a website or something that gives a step to step process of how to use it? Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I have it and so far it works pretty well for me. What exactly are your problems with it? I'm not sure what you mean by 'download a picture render' or whatever you're saying.

You can resize just about anything. That is to say, the selected area, the layer, the image, the selection itself, etc. This is usually done through the 'scale' tool under layer, image or tools->transform (depending on what you want to resize). As for blending, again I'm not sure exactly what you mean by 'blending'. Do you want to put one thing over another thing and then reduce its opacity or something like that?

Image > Scale image is how you resize it

The bottom row of tools on the tool bar youll see like a water drop and a finger. Those are blending tools the finger is smudging and the waterdrop is blurring aswell as the one next to the finger which is dodge and burn strokes

GIMP is easy to use. Go to www.gimptalk.com for tutorials, and they may help you. (Especially the one by me xD)
