How do StarEdit and SC match the unit names in stat_txt.tbl to their IDs? Dat files have labels for pretty much everything except units.

It uses the first 228 entries in Stat_txt.tbl, in order. Also, for the icon(in cmdicons.grp), it is similarly done, by using the first 228 frames. Rather annoying if you ask me, since it'd be nicer to be able to add onto the end of the file and not have to change the default if we didn't want to...but we can't.
