Although you're being really vague, I assume you want to know how to turn it on. Therefore, I present SaLaCiouS(U)'s tutorial on shared vision.

If you turn on vision for Player 2, then you can see your vision and Player 2's vision. The "Turn on vision for..." AI script is only available in special editors, such as Starforge or ScmDraft.
