Hey, Corbo has offered to help me learn how to make mods, or atleast guide me into it.
I was wondering if any other of you guys would be so kind as to help me set up all the files I need to and to learn to mod effectively, as I have seen you do. I will however, not be joining the Modding community on a regular status. Modding will be primary for when I have no maps that I can work on / want to work on.
I was also wondering if I could assist some of you by making specific maps for your mods to make it even more enjoyable, I am not doubting your mapping knowledge, however I think it could be more efficient and beneficial for the modding community.
Feel free to delete this thread after you have came to some decisions.

Well I am interested in the GRP part of modding because that is what I love most about peoples mods, I was thinking of maybe making some sort of database or file containing lots of different unit GRP's that I make and then people can pick out ones they fancy, IF they of course want some

Okay, well first thing first is setting up the programs and getting familiar where everything is and how it works. Corbo started before, and he was explaining what everything was earlier. I will add you eventually, all depends when I need your help

My adviced is learn at least a little of all before you start doing graphics that way you can have awesome graphics and modifications too.

Corbo has been helping me with modding and now i know how to do some of the basics stuff like some dat modding and some grp modding, tis very very fun playing with my vultures and marines .
