As a note I know who Tau is.
I have 89% verification on who he is.
Information was given to me even without asking who he was.
Pretty positive myself... and then someone confirmed it. Why don't we just throw it out in the open and discuss the ramifications.

Don't kill the starcraft ums community by making rivals. I suggest we find a way to stay on good terms with them, by sharing news and pushing for affiliation. But once on good terms, leave them be and forget about thier policies.

Thats only recent, if you look at some things going (ie. Tau using Mikes software but not registered at Latova.com, being well known by many people but having come from nowhere, being one of the people coding for the site, etc) then you can easily put two and two together. Even the way he posts gives himself away.
I can't say I blame him too much. He always seemed to have a problem with noobs spamming and attacking him. I'm sure the disguise works to the degree he wants it to, as most of the members smart enough to figure it out don't wish to harass him.
If is yoshi im sure he'll come clean sooner or later..
I just dislike how he was so shady about it and then threatening me in a PM about "dark secrets that are used against people like me"; and then coming up short when confronted about his real identity; and acting really cocky in the end.
Nothing against Maplantis as a whole however. Do whatcha' gotta' do.

Well, surely SEN does that by refusing to support OSMAP?
Also, I'm not certain that Tau is Yoshi. He was my first guess, but Tau has better spelling and grammar than Yoshi. Zombie is also there, I noticed, pretending to be someone else. The whole setup stinks of deception, in my opinion, but I guess I'm not too bothered. I support their idea, but I dislike the strength of anti-SEN feeling there.

Neither site is forcing views on others, we don't ban people who like OSMAP, and they don't ban people who aren't 100% supporters either
And Tau is yoshi, i'm 100% sure.
We don't want a war with them, they don't want a war with us. Theres nothing to think about it.
Now if our respective members decide to do something about it, it's their problem and the administration(s) will take the proper actions.
It's so good it's almost fool proof.

Anyways. Online identities are very deceptive. Don't get to attached to the way someone types or acts online, 'cause usually, they are an entirely different person as a whole with entirely different motives.

I highly doubt Tau is Yoshi. Initially I thought they were the same people, but after a while, it was obvious to me that they were two different people.
But you have to take into account that there is no account with the name: Yoshi_da_Sniper on Maplantis. Yosho showed a lot of activity on SEN the day that Maplantis came out. Isn't it odd how he has not yet made an account on Maplantis?
It could be... that he already has... just under a different name.

Okay, we all know Tau = YdS/Mike Lat, why are we still arguing about it?
Need watch some people who post on sen, some are telling people goto Maplantis because we dont support open mapping. Which we dont, i told people many times its up to map maker if he leaves map open or closed not up to one person say all maps should be open source n not closed. Starting get annoyed at some people who keep posting maplantis this n that. Sigh.
