I was reading through the Clan Oo Information topic, and I was wondering about something. You know how it says "Can demote or promote 3rd through 5th class" for 1st Class? Does that mean we can rate a map and thus bringing them up a rank? I think it needs to be clearer.

This means, if someone is doing really bad in the clan, causeing problems you have the autority to demote him for thus reason without consent with the leader, but with a probably reason. You can also Raise his rank back up if he changes his way.

Also, if you feel that a member is working really hard, has a lot of maps, and me, T-, or solar did not see to his promotion you have authority to do so.
