Okay, there's been a recent upsurge in spam, flame, and general rule breaking at the hand of some of the older members of SEN. One such is example (The CSI:Grissom) is most likely an alt of an older member.

In this thread, MA tried to lock it, because it's not exactly useful, and then someone (probably Kame) must've unlocked it, because when I saw that it was unlocked in spite of MA's apparent attempt to lock it, I went ahead and locked it myself. 20 minutes later, it's open again. I'm going to invisibalize it. If you think I'm wrong, overrule me. Wouldn't be the first time.

Golden-Fist put "gayporn.com" as his official site in his profile. I removed it and warned him, yet the warn was undone and he basically gets off scott-free. Most other members would've payed heavily for that.

Yoshi has edited his pinned thread. I don't know if he thinks its funny or if he's trying to really make a point, but it's destructive to the site.

Can we please hold ourselves and older members to the standard we're trying to keep? It's good that old members are here and all. We enjoy their company and they helped give this site a good personality in the first place, but they shouldn't be given free reign to do whatever they want.

Hmm, maybe any claims by Maplantis that their members are not carrying out campaigns against SEN are false.

I agree that older members shouldn't be able to get away with crap like that. Their age doesn't give them special dispensation any more than our mod status gives us licence to break the rules.

BTW, over at maplantis I saw a thread with IP (supposedly?) and Tau having some kind of argument. Don't know if that has anything to do with matters, though.

What exactly was done to the thread? (And which thread was it?) I can't see it...

With that in mind, it may just be someone trying to stir up trouble. What would Yoshi have to gain by vandalizing these topics? All it does is make Maplantis look bad and cause more trouble, which he certainly doesn't need. I don't think he'd jeopardize his newborn community over a petty grudge.

Uh, I think Kame was actually just Kame. I talked to her on MSN.

Kame posted a thread about flirting, and it quickly progressed into a heap of spam and mock-flame (with her and Munerox mainly throwing around insults). I think they were just playing around, but not everyone would be able to tell they were kidding.

I went ahead and made a new pinned topic about CD keys in Misc.

What the fuhck is Yoshi doing messing with his old pinned topics? That's excessively immature. He's only provoking bickering between the two websites.

I've had 3 of my actions reversed so far. I was slightly disheartened by the trend and so that's why I'm trying to get everyone on the same page. Otherwise, I'd have been stamping this out harder. I'm not trying to win any popularity contests here.

As far as the kame topic, I relocked it myself a few minutes after MA locked it. I do believe it was kame unlocking it, just not posting in it.

Ironically, someone breaking into his account would be the best case scenario.

Keep in mind that Yoshi's identity is not public knowledge. Anything he does at either site has no effect on the other.

Tau was probably ticked from that argument at Maplantis. Just this is definitely not a mature way to react. I can understand the guy not liking that SEN fell out from under him and all, but unless he can stick to trying to be the better person here and not resort to these antics (no smart person is fooled here), he's just making himself look bad (and by association Maplantis as well).



Why can't you darn kiddies cut the drama and just make maps?
