Staredit Network -> UMS Assistance -> My Money For Kills Trigger Wont't Work Right

Okay, so here's my problem. I made a money for kills trigger based on the one in the map making but it still keeps working even after the kills are made. In other words, it won't stop giving me minerals.

Do you mean that after you kill one unit, the minerals never stop coming? If so just do this

QUOTE
Players
- Whoever
Conditions
- Kills at least 1 unit
Actions
- Give 1 minerals to current player
- Preserve trigger

No, this would definitely make it go on and on.
My trigger is like this:

Conditions:
Current Player kills score is at least 1
Actions:
Modify Score For Current Player, Subtract 1 Kills
Modify Resources for Current Player, add 5 minerals
Preserve Trigger

kill score isn't a kill. it's based on how many points the unit is worth. there is a tutorial somewhere about this somewhere here...

I guess my problem is solved then. I'm sure i can fix it now.
Thanks!

OOOOoOH, you DON'T want it to keep going. Here's the problem with your trigger, kills score is different for each unit, Example: Zergling gives 50 kps whilst battlecruisers give 4800 or something. So with your trigger, if I were to kill a zergling, it would give me 50 minerals. I'm gonna guess you aren't using Hyper Triggers so this would take a long time. Check out this map to see how I did my custom kills thingy.

Also, if you just want to get one mineral for 1 kill. Download the program SCTrigger and use that. It'll take some space but not much time.
