What is Field Command?
Field Command is a mod I've been working on. It is set in the SC universe and focuses on the Terrans. In the mod you play the role of a lowly commander, so no shiny new BCs for you. Instead you focus on infantry-based tactics and use vehicles for support.
6 Factions are planned for Field Command: the Terran Confederacy, the Umjoan Protectorate, the Sons of Korhal, the United Earth Directorate, Raynor's Raiders and the Terran Dominion, each with their own units, abilities and tech tree. The factions greatly vary; while the Confederacy relies on Tanks and missiles to win, the Sons of Korhal employ guerilla tactics and stealth units.
How to play:
Make a multiplayer game. Choose Terran as your race. When the game starts, select Choose Allegiance from the Faction HQ and pick your side. Only your Base Builder has the power to make buildings. There is NO
AI support for Field Command yet!!!!
How to install:
Run the StarCraft Field Command 1.14 EXE file.

So yeah, Field Command's back with the final faction (Dominion) added. When I started this project a year ago, it was originally intended to be a small minimod, and it eventually evolved into a whole TC.
The only thing missing from this version is an AI, which I'll have to get one of those fine folks at the Brood War AI Forums to do. Every spell and a good portion of the .dat entries have been used in this mod, there's really not much else that can be done.
