Does anyone read the stickied tutorial at the top of this forum?

Drag your mod folder onto MPQCompactor, and then run the MPQ it generates ( or make an exe out of it ) using MPQDraft.
It's possible to use WinMPQ too, but in my experience there's no reason to as it's slower and requires more work for nothing.

I generally agree, but there is one important reason you would want to use WinMPQ instead of the MPQ Compactor. In order to correctly run Memgraft patches, you'll need to use WinMPQ's MPQ Embedder function to embed patch_rt.mpq into your product.

Please, however, do read the sticky; it offers a very helpful and elucidating description of the process.

Click the big ol' 'Add' button. Then browse for the files you want and put them into your .mpq. WinMPQ saves automatically, so you need not worry about saving.
