Most games that you use the Wii controller on, are games that you can sit down when playing them.

Deathawk I said "that Wii's weight loss plan is terrible in general" I never said losing weight is terrible so dont stick words into my mouth. You can get more exercise from running then standing up doing random things. Yes I've seen other games that do enable you to actually get the grip in it(the dbz game) but if people want to do this thats there problem as long as they know if they want to get fit then put down the fork and go on a treadmill.

Well, the guy was trying to show you could lose weight by playing game. And proved that you CAN lose weight by playing video games. Would you rather play a game and lose weight or run for hours and sweat a lot and be in pain.

Fact:After your done running muscle mass grows (not the fat people kind the one that gives you the strength to actually pick up the wiimote) I can debate this all day long unless you can understand the point I stated earlier.

Idea:Lets ignore JordanN since he decides to ignore everyone else.

First of all I would like to apologize for calling everyone stupid in my earlier post. Please disregard it for it was not really pointed toward anyone and I wasn't trying to flame.

Secondly, We can argue all day that going outside to run is better than playing the Wii, because it is better and always will be. But Jordan, the thing you don't understand is he wasn't trying to prove the Wii was the best weight loss system ever, just that you could do it while playing a video game! He wanted people to see that it actually worked and that Nintendo wasn't just making it up. You say that Nintendo made it just for America's obesity... but the feature was included in every Wii Sports game all over the world! And all because you see one big guy at a mall doesn't automatically make all of America obese does it?

I knew that the wii would change the way people are.... Its just a matter of time all the fat gamers will be as skinny as the healthy non-lazy gamers. tongue.gif

Lol, this is pretty funny. Interesting experiment. I think this guy shouldn't be criticized, sure he's playing video games a lot, but at least he's being sort of productive with it unlike most people.
