The iphone is one of the weirdest phones I've ever seen, its basically a touchpad.. thing.
I think they should emphasize more games on it.
Either way I'm not getting one, an ipod is enough for me, and I despise phones.

I agree, this thing is going to be the biggest flop since the last two Playstation products. Did pretty good for the stock, though.

I don't think the market is big enough for these things. Nobody is going to pay 600+ dollars for what that thing will do. But I will admit, it does look awesome. Touch screens are the future!

It looks really well made with the exception of storage space (which may be a lot to some people, or very little to others who want to carry around all their music), but whats the price on it?

It's meant to be an iPod + Phone; A good iPod has at least 10 GB. Maybe $300 for a 30gb iPod Video. This is that plus a phone and internet.. but more then 3 times less space and for $200 dollars more. Why?

If Apple stuck to their computers they would be out of business by now. Besides, they're making good products now that they've accepted the Mac is a piece.

What I meant is companies are trying to spread over more of the market rather than just sticking to what they were orignally for. iPods saved Apple, and now it seems they are just trying to spread more... Phones? Come on, you can't deny we have too many different models of thoes already that do these exact things. It's $500 for internet capabilities. It's basically an iPod version of the BlackBerry. I think it will do well, looks pretty sweet. Not for me though.

Meh. The internet is tempting, but I'm not planning on traveling any time soon. Plus, it's annoying to be on the internet on a small screen.

Yeah it would be, but with the touchscreen you would be able to type pretty good if it had a stylis stick like the DS or something.

No, and I speak with experience. It's no easier to type on a touchscreen with a stylus then it is on anything else that attempts to simulate a keyboard.

Yeah, I know that nothing can completly simulate a keyboard. I just said that because it would be better instead of actually having to try typing it out with small little keys then using your fingers which can mess you up.

Are you really gonna get an Iphone. The price is like 500$ for it from reading wat the other posts where. Theres also plenty of phones which let you play music and talk on the phone.
