hey u guys .... Which GRP tool do u guys use ?
Retro? or GRPeditor in SDraft ?
Hoenstly, i didn't close look u guys duologue
however, i can tell u guys some advise to get custom grp
first, make sure match that ur images to SC palette
and check colour's value of each painted pixels by comparing with SC palette
if there is pixels which used with special colours or terrain colours in the 256 indexed palette
then ur images will be comes weird in game
and if u guys couldnt compile grp as correctly like as crashing in retro or pixel and ratio problem in game
then try get it
Shadow Flare's GRP converter, that is most less-bug tool to compiling GRP in my experience
but its may makes u confused a bit in the usage when u decompile to bmp throgh there
however it does work fairly without bug in most processing
