You could use SCMLoader for the map if you wanted too. It'd still be a mod then.

It makes the photon cannon non-detectors. just play a map, and they wont be detectors

Yeah. As I said, ignore the modders. This is UMS Assistance, not modding assistance, and if they talk any more "mod" I'll have to start doing some whipping. :brandishes whip:

A mod is a .exe file, not a .scx or .scm. It's totally irrelevant.

A mod is more like changes done to the starcraft memory, but don't listen to them, mod only affects the player that uses the mod, so no one but you will be able to play the map.

And here is another one just for you, extract it to your sc folder and run it.
