Storyline / Introduction

The Protoss, Terran, and Zerg have gone corrupt! They are here to stop you from reaching the ultimate goal, THE BEACON! *everyone goes "Ah!"* You, and a few other zerglings A.K.A DoDgErZ are here to take on the Hunters... Fierce enemies, with brutal weapons not known to you. You MUST get to the beacon at ALL costs! As the races are going corrupt...

The point is, you simply have to get by some enemies... When I say some, I mean there is a crap load of traps ready to unburrow, and attack you at any moment. Keep your eyes OPEN.

-What's new in your map that others have not done before?
• You Dodge all the possible enemies, and survive... Unlike a bound, you don't die by touching certain places, death is EVERYWHERE! At every step, at every breath, you are ready to get killed... Their're are smart, AI Units, *cough* except the lurker... All AI units go back to their spots, if they can't find you. They will not die by your hand as easy as you think. They will trap you, *cough* molest you, and even wait for you to unburry. They are... THE HUNTERS!

-Level Respawn System
• If you die on a certain level, next level you are revived when the players reach the Heal & Respawn Crystal.

-Tips
• Burrow, Burrow, Burrow!! Don't let yourself die, you only have a limited amount of lives, and remember... MOVE OUT OF DETECTOR'S WAY BEFORE BURROWING!!
• Avoid damaging anything on the path! You will only help yourself die!
• Focus on the path, look ahead & think before you run it!
• Hug the goddamn Crystal!
• Run together! It is easier to survive!

This looks fun, I like the minimap, looks like there's lots of place to run around smile.gif. It seems as if you're on the final stretch for creating it. Good luck finishing it, I look forward to playing it.

K its semi-final now... Download the new updated version 1.0... This version is fully playable, a Demo and a half, because... its finished... Now, its pretty much a great map. Only thing i could add is things people request, but other then that... Its finished.

YAY ME! & NxT who created the original terrain, but I had to do a crap load to fix it. Also i fixed the sunken colonies, so you can get owned by 17 of them... I beat this BTW... lol... I want to thank KingStephenCC2 for constant testing of range and everything... he is GOD at this map... i mean, the best at this... no joke.

EDIT - Fixed link! Had to edit a few things out... Lmao, thank god for osmap... i protected my Uprotected version by accident, had to break it open with osmap lol

I dislike mindless maps, (Bounds, Dodges, Obstacles, Non-Innovative Defenses, Massing Games, ECT.) but for a mindless map maker, you do some ok work. I suggest you try a more complicated map style, a good non hack n slash RPG, perhaps make a D&D if you have some terrain talent.
Anyway: Dont mention OSMAP around here though, we dont like it. Most of us dont anyway. disgust.gif

Keep map making, its good that your at a point where you can finish your maps.

Wops I need to rename it to MoonFire DoDgE not lasertag lmao... and I know what ya mean, i hate osmap too... where people BREAK ur maps and steal them... and this map isnt Mindless sad.gif you have to think ahead and use your logic to how many turrets there are and enemies, and how will you kill them :\

Edit - And umm, i like to open maps with osmap to learn from them, rather then break them to steal them... I never steal work...

So basically.. it's an Impossible Scenarios mixed with a Bound.. doesn't interest me (but that's just me).

Seems kind of ordinary actually.. all you have to do is survive and make it to a finish line.. you made it sound way too complex. Your entire description you could've rephrased to "Run, hide, run, hide, make it to the finish line."

Its not impossible because, this isnt all that hard... There is only ONE map, called "Avoid the GODLY Sunkens" and that is fast paced, like this. Im talking about avoiding, not trying to kill things or w/e... no killing here, except things that get in your way... have you even played it? This map is ownage... Its unique in its own way that you need to have patience, and that bounds are plain, get close you dead. This isnt like that, this is a race against time, a race against how much damage you can take before you go 'POP. Still, i have not seen any games like this, similar, because this game uses more than 1 type. It uses some bound ideas, but mainly, it all comes from "Avoid the GODLY sunkens" and i can put that up... and ul see, its the same thing almost, but much, MUCH harder...

Edit - What kind of bounds use "Level Bosses" and "Final bosses" ? No bound uses that... and another map that gave me some ideas from this, is Dungeon Depths PROC... that map is fking the hardest thing ive ever played. Yet... i want to open it up and see what kind of crazy ass triggers it has... and the game, i also can upload... is so difficult, because there are dragons and all kinds of things, that you need to use skills and crap to dodge... it uses the MOST advanced triggers in the whole starcraft history... Its really old, and no one plays it... Might as well make it open source lol...

Edit 2 - Anyone want the solution to this map? I have it here, routed with green lines where to go, and where enemies are... Incase... if someone asks me, il post it. Its a big image of the map...
