Terran vs Protoss is a series of maps that will soon be coming to battle.net which are strategic.
You have 4 players on each team.
3 Marines on Terran
1 Ghost on Terran
3 Zealots on Protoss
1 Dragoon on Protoss
If you die, you will not come back until the next round. Simple as it may seem, there are specific types of maps that will make you want to play over and over again.
Currently there is 1 finished map(s).
Map Name: Death Field
Size: 64 x 64 (small)
Rounds: 3
Details: This map is laid out by having 2 entrances that you can enter without going into one of them which would be suicidal. This map is not symmetrical and there are different areas as to which you can go to; the Terran spawn point, the Protoss spawn point, Death Field (middle of map), and Cross point (its beside Death Field).

Okay, so what do you guys think? I'll need testers soon so I can check to see if units are balanced.do a classic gundam/bamboo style rush
If u dont know what that is:
2 vulture (speed+mines) 1 tank 4 marines 2 scvs
Work on the terrain a bunch. Make sure the start locations are balanced, and make it look pretty
This isn't a building game, it's where you have 1 soldier you control, and you have 3 team members that help you defeat the other team. I figure I should keep it at 64x64 maps because any bigger, it would be pretty tough to find the enemy. However, I may use SCMDraft 2 to resize the map around 70-80x64 or 64x70-80.
The start locations mean nothing. Once you start, it automatically views your soldier (aka center view trig).
Terrain still needs some work. Id be happy to help.
If you make the terrain look pretty enough, you should try looking into submitting it for the "Best Terrain Topic"... I have no idea what the topic name is however.
It's called the Hall of Fame, and it doesn't need to be revolutionary terrain or anything, but a few simple blends, some nice ambush spots, and more use of high terrain would help the look of your map.
