I was wondering where I could get one of those color wheel's or where one is posted over the net for others to use with like the #FF134 codes and stuff.

Either you didn't read the instructions or you're trying to input something that isn't valid hexidecimal.

I use the palette in photoshop. The Fx extension colorzilla lets you find colours used on webpages.

#RRGGBB. R=Red, G=Green, B=Blue. Each digit is replaced with a hex number (00-FF). 00 is black, FF is a completely saturated color.
That's how I do my colors.
