Well then again no, you would need some kinda grid for the unit to aim at an observer or burrowed unit to turn his look.
Create grid around your unit, and just make stuff die around it in a circle. Etc.
Do what DM did and then make a location with reavers attacking something. move the scarabs on that location to scarab location and DEBRIS FTW

Center location 1 on unit, create 9 units, (insert rest of mobile grid jargon) preserve trigger
Create / destroy observer at 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 preserver.
