That's the second time I promote some1 into a higher rank and they leave..I should stop promoting members into higher ranks

Maybe the problem is not with the promotions. Maybe the problem is that you have only 14 members and only 3 of them are on East. Whats the point to separate clan if you have 3 members playing on east?

Having 14 members isn't bad. I am still deciding if I will return to east or not though. 3 members on east isn't bad if they are dedicated mappers. I came to west and there were no members on west, but I retcruited ppl and I suggest that those on east do the same.

They arn't dedicated mappers though.... that's the problem. I suggest you kill off east until West is truely stable.

Agreed. Seeing as to how some members follow me anyways. I want west to be real stable b4 I move on.

Mp)blu you dont get the idea we have been trying to get this through your head stay on west for good or until you are stable enough like clan orig or clan oo until then stay on west.

Yea I think it's finally in my head. I know that if I leave west for a while that it will just fall apart. Plus I got automatic ops in west now so if the clan channel is down I can bring it back up. This is helpful since Mini loses ops every so often
