Its a greasemonkey script. I think opera supports user scripts the same way (probably something in preferences?). you cant do it in IE.

Install, enable, THEN click the link, it'll automatically install Doodle's script into Firefox for you. I don't know how Opera supports it.

Too, lame looking.

When you shout something and flood control is enabled you lose everything you type
I think you should make it so the shout button is different when flood control is enabled.
