Well... here is my second trying to make cool terrain.
Tonight, I have ONLY worked on escalators...

From top to bottom and left to right :
1st : This is a "trying-to-get-an-extended-type-of-escalator-of-the-escalator-number-two"
2nd : Separated escalator (2 in 1!)
3rd : Same thing as 2nd except it is TOTALLY blocked and also the little thing that is more little
4th : 2 mixed escalators in 1... havn't finished it because it was TOO MUCH blocky!
5th : 2 escalators that are joined by their bottom part
6th : Kind of 4th, but more little
7th : Like 6, but trying to "blend" it a LITTLE
8th : Like 7, but trying, again, to blen it

So... what you think about that?

Not very special, and quite blocky some places. It's very easy to do too, I could have made that in 5 minutes. So I rate it 3/10. Far to unoriginal and too easy, and even though it's easy, you made it blocky.

Many of those ramps can be found in the ramp database, although I kinda liked the sixth one

Mirroring is a standard phase of a beginners terrain carrer, you'll get over it.

Well... as you can see... I ain't pretty good... just to think about making a ramp thing, it took me 23 minutes, then, 25 sec to convert in terrain, after, just the first glitch took meh 32 minutes! lol! After... it goes faster... but still slow... like around 20 minutes each... total : like 2 hours of making! cry.gif
Maybe you should gimme a cours...
Who did make a Tuto for me? I dun remember... well... YOU, you should do a tutorial telling for the terrainners beginners what are the BASIC and how to do them... example : mirror tongue.gif

ADDITION:
P.S. 1st and 4th ain't finished... if ever you can take the idea and finish it by posting a screenshot, I would appreciate!

ADDITION:
What should I try now? I've tryed mixing different things and mirrors... what I still didn't test?

well considering u've only been doing terrain for a short while, its not bad, keep in mind 'convert to terrain'>copy>paste could have made those in less than 5 minutes, but its a start, try working with cliffs now, double cliffs and etc are a nicely sized step, not huge, not small, but nicely sized

Okay, thanks for the suggestion... I'll maybe try that tonight!
