A day ago a friend and I were bored so we went to the movies, naturally we wanted to see some kick ass action, so we say AVP. Alien Vs Predator. This movie was well played out no matter what the critics said.
It starts out with Weyland Sattelite Industries spotting a heat signature in Anarctica about a pyramid/temple object. It turns out it's the predators training facility, they keep the queen of the aliens in there to lay eggs so they can keep on doing "The Hunt". These people one highly trained climber go down this tubish looking tunnel that was dug my predators. They go down they incounter aliens in the "Sacrifical Chamber" and they find a place where they keep the Predators guns to do the hunt. Turns out the Humans are actually bait, and the predators don't want to hurt them. They just want the guns. At the end only the girl climber survives with a predator as an ally and they defeat the queen alien which escaped from the tube.
This movie is definetly worth seeing.

I don't know, the effects were good... But the acting was bad, the story wasn't great ethier, I don't think Anderson was the right director for the job ethier. It seemed as if he didn't even consider how the Predators in the first two movie's skinned humans alive... I mean, why the pairing of humans and Predators? Even though it does follow the book's story line to some extent. But, I'd say only see it if you were a big aliens and/or predator fan. 6.75/10

You know which movie might be good the remake of king kong.Sound funny but the director is good.

I thought thealiens and predators were cool looking but it lacked an interesting story. And with Bishop there I was dissapointed when It didnt take place in the future. Also its funny because I went there on the same day that the movie said the got to the site.

I thought it sucked, plain and simple. I love both the Alien and Predator universes, and this movie just didn't sit right with me. The acting sucked, the story was campy, and there was no sense of suspense, only a sense of shock. I give it a C-.

I thought it was okay. Forget everything from the 4 Alien movies, and the 2 Predator movies, and watch it as an action flick. I found the end to be too....quick though.
