I put one of these things in my map and i saw that it has an attack. You can change how much damage it does in the editor and stuff...But is there any way to make them attack?

they dont attack and i dont think that you can edit the attack, but an attacking building that looks like a scout would be cool. gl

I think it would crash if it tried to attack, due to a lack of animation for Independant Starport attack \:

Actually, it uses the scout sprite, so wouldn't it uses the scout attack snimation?

It uses the scout sprite, but it has it's own animation. And the independent starport is just another unused unit that was removed, like the cave.

hey , i have a few Q's for you guys. A. can you make new sprites , B. if not how did they get made , C. in other games sprites are usualy just anoying people who stand around and repeat the same thing over and over and over and over ..... again

For C I think he means NPCs (Non Playable Computers), that you talk to in many games when you are bored and they say the same exact things... but again this is NOT a question.

The sprites were not made, they were discovered. Editors such as starforge and SCM draft do not create these sprites, they only allow you to place them. They have been in the game all along just never used in the manor than your thinking.

For the sprites the game actually uses, yet they were made, by Blizzard. The other 60000+, I'm assuming is some kind of random data. There are plenty of customization tools which can probably let you add/remove these kinds of things, but that would require modding.
