If you are talking about stuff like é Σ then you just hold Alt then press numbers on the key pad then release Alt, different numbers give you different combinations!

If you go to the SCXE Launch Wizard, it has a symbol palette. I think that ones listed are the only ones that work on Starcraft. The symbol palette is only on SCXE 2.6.

1
2 !"#$%&'()*+,-./
3 0123456789:;<=>?
4 @ABCDEFGHIJKLMNO
5 PQRSTUVWXYZ[\]^_
6 `abcdefghijklmno
7 pqrstuvwxyz{|}~
8 €‚ƒ„…†‡ˆ‰Š‹ŒŽ
9 ‘’“”•–—˜™š›œžŸ
10  ¡¢£¤¥¦§¨©ª«¬®¯
11 °±²³´µ¶·¸¹º»¼½¾¿
12 ÀÁÂÃÄÅÆÇÈÉËÌÍÎÏ
13 ÐÑÒÓÔÕÖרÙÚÛÜÝÞß
14 àáâãäåæçèéêëìíîï
15 ðñòóôõö÷øùúûüýþÿ

Just multiply the number in front of the row by 16 and then add the spaces over it is (so ð is #0240 because it is 0 spaces over)

My computer doesn't have the character map so I made this o.O A couple in the first row are "new line" characters.
