So this trigger is under player 7? Are you using starforge or xtra?

It's the other way around
PLAYERS: -players to receive vision
ACTIONS: -Turn ON shard vision with Player 7

Yes, that is how it works. The person who wants to receive vision has a share vision trigger to the person they want to see.
