How do i make clouds. floating

Well you could make a bunch of hallucinated observers fly around with a whole bunch of different numbers of energy left so they'll like randomly go poof and sorta make the affect that theres clouds. Or just have them fly around, no need for hallucinated ones, just an idea.

Or you could use mobile shield archs. Use the junkyard dog roam thingy on them.

If you have clouds you wont be able to see whats on the ground.

What are mobil shield arcs?

If your using hyper triggers you can create and kill hallucinated units by an observer.

Mobile shield arcs don't work that way when centered on an air unit. Though it would be possible with like a DT or something, they would just look like circles and not really clouds.

Well for what, I'll talk bout obs.

You can place a load of hallucinated or regular observers, then eitehr tell them to patorl around to a few locations or just run junk yard dog on them. So like:
Players: whoever owns obs
CONDITIONS:
Always (or whatever makes the clouds go, I'm just assuming they're always there)
ACTIONS:
Create 30-50 observers at location -or- create 30-50 observers with propeties hallucinated at location
Run AI script Junk Yard Dog at location.


Yea, it all depends on the exact affect you want, maybe don't use as many obs, just try a few numbers and see what you like the best.

Just look at Yoshi's Matrix beta map....if you use the cheat black sheep wall and look on top of some buildings....you'll get the idea.. biggrin.gif

You'd have alot of observers very quickly with that trigger. You'd get 30-50 observers every 2 seconds without hyper triggers.

Here's a variation of other ideas, but w/e
Have some cloaked Wraiths, a lot, and centered locations on them, adn have them always cloaked and kill any obs at their location, while having junkyard dog Obs Halluc's going around

Use black sheep wall and you'll see the clouds, they look good, but you see the shadows.

All it is is creating then killing 2 hallucinated scourge. Like a bounds. And It has hyper triggers so it go's fast. Not too difficult.

And you couldn't center location on a bunch of cloaked wraiths, unless they're owned by seperate players but that's just too much hassle.

And I never said preserve trigger, just so you know. wink.gif

Why worry about unit energy? Create and kill hallus at an obsv.
