Did you try going to http://www.ocremix.org/alpha.php?alpha=M (the "M" section)
Ocremix has some pretty sweet remixes

You can convert midi to wav you know...
Try searching first on google.ca. You could also rip sounds from the games themselves. What megaman game is this based on? Battle network? The original?...

Eh..? That place is crap. Just go on google.ca and seach "megaman x sounds" or "megaman x wav sound download" or whatever. Or you can search "SNES Emulator roms download" and find stuff and get sounds from that.
