i have a sound that dosent want to work... i use sound recored to covert it and most of my sound it worked (all sounds from da trailer were converted)....to 16 bit

Yeah, just choose Save As with Sound Recorder.

Open up the .wav file with Sound Recorder and then go to "File"->"Properties"->"Convert Now" and convert it to a 16-bit sound.

Starcraft maps can't use anything smaller than a 8-bit wav. Maybe your sound is a 4-bit...
