how u use them?

if i use remove all tank turrent at tank, will map crash or tanks cant attack?

Do you mean turret? They are just sprites, they can't be affected by triggers at all.

And if oyu just place a tank turret as a unit like the unused one in starforge it crashes starcraft.

The turret part of the tank, ya know how it spins and stuff, that part. Its not a seperate unit or nuthin, but if you go into the unused folder in starforge's unit layer you can place tank turrets, thought they crash starcraft when playing.

You can also place them in StarEdit through some modding, but that was removed in most editors because of that reason.

The turret on a tank and goliath is a unit. They count as two units in the game. If you place only tanks in Staredit you'll reach the 1650 limit in the editor even though the max number at the bottom only reads 825.

My guess is that they're tied to each, and so since one is dead, the other must be too.

And the reason the preplaced ones crash is because they're not already tied to a unit, so SC is like WTF?!

They are not liked by Starcraft, something to do with the Ai Commands for the unit, applies to Goliath as well. Do you also mean disabling the unit so that it cannot move but the turret still shoots?

No, the tank cloaks and starts dancing. It can also still fire, but not move. I'm surprised you haven't seen a disabled tank yet.
