Lol, it is easy to make. open it in paint and erase all the other numbers. Look - he just used the first two in each chain.

Actually, paint is pretty good. You CAN set the background to black or transparent you know... But unfortinately my paint has been haxx0red and I can't use it anymore.

I know this topic is old but in both pictures both numbers start with 46 so its pretty much like this 46 - 30 = 16 more like his age.
