There's some good trial version programs and some very good freeware programs at

http://www.snapfiles.com

I'm not guaranteeing it'll have what you're looking for, and if it will be for free.

There are not any free MIDI to WAV/MP3 convertors. You know why?

Its fairly easy to convert a wav to mp3 or vice versa, they're basically similar.

However, a MIDI is very different. People can make their own MIDIS quite easily (I have a program called, noteworthy composer). The only way to convert a midi to a wav is to completey censored.gif up the midi, and it is very hard to code a program to do it for you.

There are only like 3 or 4 convertors for midi. Sorry!

Winamp's diskwriter can convert anything winamp can play that isn't protected (protected stuff being crap like .wma) to wavs. Just choose Diskwriter as your output.
